Myanmar: Garment workers demand factory stop forcing workers to work overnight without consent; incl. co. response
In August 2024, it was reported that workers at BOY Garment are facing a series of violations, including mandatory overtime overnight without consulting with workers, no doctor or nurse available at the factory clinic, workers’ overtime pay cut if they miss work, low wages and workers dismissed without a valid reason.
In December 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Premier to respond. It did not.
