60 Port Kembla Coal Terminal Workers were allegedly locked out after Construction Forestry Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) members took protected industrial action to fight the terminal's bid to scrap the current enterprise agreement. The lockout, which allegedly suspended workers without pay, ended four days later. A PKCT operations manager has provided comment on the case, which can be found below.
