June 2021 marks the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). To reflect on both progress and challenges over the last ten years, but particularly also on what is needed to drive and scale up implementation of the UNGPs over the next ten years, the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights launched the UNGPs10+ project, to chart a course for a decade of action on business and human rights. Throughout June, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre and the Investor Alliance for Human Rights will be asking partners, allies and experts across the business and human rights field about possible components of such an agenda and how the UNGPs can contribute to solutions to current challenges.
