Diamond Offshore Drilling response to Justice for Myanmar report

"In September 2018, the Company entered into a drilling contract for the Ocean Monarch to operate in Myanmar. Drilling operations under the contract commenced in December 2020. The coup d'état in Myanmar reportedly began on February 1, 2021. The Ocean Monarch left Myanmar on or about March 25, 2022 after completing its obligations under the drilling contract, and the contract has expired. The Ocean Monarch is currently located in Malaysia, and the Company has not offered or tendered to perform any further services in Myanmar."
