Workplace safety is again under scrutiny after the operator of a 200-tonne crane was tossed from the machine yesterday when it snapped in half, leaving him with serious leg injuries...Mr Smith's employer, John Gillespie of Gillespies Crane Services, said it was too early to determine the cause of yesterday's accident.
