Report about (i) the impacts on human rights generated by a group of companies of Chinese origin that operate in Peru, (ii) the breaches by the Peruvian State obligations of its responsibility to protect human rights and the persons and communities subject to its jurisdiction, and (iii) the absence of actions by the Peruvian State aimed at persuading the government of the People’s Republic of China to meet its agreed extraterritorial obligations with respect to economic, social, cultural and environmental rights harmed by companies submitted to its jurisdiction in Peru.
