Myanmar: Garment workers allegedly denied social security benefits & leave at factory; incl. co. response

In February 2023, it was reported that workers at Tan Da Garment Factory were facing a series of violations at the factory including denial of leave, denial of social security benefits, excessive production targets, the dismissal of pregnant workers who have worked at the factory for less than three months without compensation, and mandatory overtime.
