Myanmar: Garment factory accused of forcing workers to work overtime without pay, harassment & denying workers' leave; incl. co. response

In March 2022, it was reported that workers were facing a number of violations at Myanmar Bestex Factory, including mandatory overtime without pay, denial of leave, and daily harassment. The factory reportedly produces for Mohito (an LPP S.A brand).

Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP S.A, RBX Active and OVS S.p.A to respond. LPP S.A and OVS S.p.A responded, RBX Active did not. The full response can be found below.
