Despite progress, less than 15 per cent of economic managers in Africa are women...The high-level workshop, organized by the UNDP Regional Bureau for Africa, brought together over 120 participants from government, women's organizations and other civil society groups, donor agencies, foundations, the private sector, international agencies and regional institutions.
