- We have never sold or provided ICOM products directly to the Tatmadaw.
- The Tatmadaw may have obtained ICOM products through various channels of distribution, but we have not confirmed them.
- we have individual letter of comfort with distributors not to sell ICOM products to end users whose sales are prohibited under Japanese law.
