Ringtons' response to allegations of sexual abuse on Kenyan tea plantations

We can confirm that despite James Finlay Kenya being listed in our 2021 supply chain disclosure to the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre, we have not purchased tea from James Finlay Kenya since 2017 and do not maintain a relationship with them. We have therefore reviewed our supply base disclosure from 2021, updated it and shared with the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre. We have also updated our supply list which is publicly available on our website – please see here.
