Statement by Vitol as of 7 September 2015: "The conclusions of the Bread for All (BFA) report are wrong, and based on a combination of ignorance of and misunderstanding of the facts. We endeavoured to point this out to BFA, and we regret that they have not taken the facts into account."

Vitol also provided the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre with a letter that the company has sent to Bread for all in the light of the report's release - see link below.
