Walmart's response re. Dragon Sweater

Thank you for taking the time to reach out and share your concerns.

Unfortunately, there seems to be some misinformation regarding our relationship with Dragon Sweater. We do not currently use this factory and have not had an active relationship since 2018.

As always, our Standards for Suppliers set out our expectations. Suppliers, their facilities and agents are expected to comply with these standards throughout the product value chain. Among our requirements are compliance with all applicable laws and agreements regarding compensation and working hours, and to recognize freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Not only do we set these high standards, but we also conduct audits and investigate certain alleged violations. Suppliers that fail to comply may be subject to consequences up to and including termination of business.
