The Head of Communications is responsible for making sure all of Shift’s communications align with the organization’s overall strategy. Key to this will be leading the implementation of Shift’s current communications plan. This is a strategic role with responsibility for shaping and leading Shift’s communications and positioning efforts and for driving engagement with key audiences to advance the organization’s overarching strategy. The Head of Communications will provide guidance and coaching to colleagues throughout the organization, and will supervise and work closely with Shift’s Communications Manager, in support of these.
