"China Labor Watch Raises Serious Concerns Regarding the Lack of Transparency in Foxconn’s Audit Disclosure and RBA’s Practices", China Labor Watch, 16 July 2025

China Labor Watch (CLW) expresses deep concern over Foxconn’s recent claims of labor compliances at its manufacturing campuses, made without disclosing essential audit details. On April 1, 2025, Foxconn (Hon Hai Technology Group) announced that nine of its factories [...] has passed third-party audits [...] However, it failed to name the audited factory sites and share addresses, provide audit dates, or disclose assessment ratings, making independent verification impossible.

On July 1, CLW formally contacted the RBA’s Executive Director to request additional information:

  1. The name and city/country of each audited factory
  2. The specific completion date of each audit
  3. The rating (e.g., Silver, Gold) achieved by each factory under the RBA VAP

To date, no response has been received. [...]
