На Ямале руководство трех коммерческих предприятий подозревается в невыплате зарплаты вахтовикам на сумму около 60 млн рублей.

В отношении руководителей сразу трех коммерческих организаций возбуждены дела по ч.2 ст. 145.1 УК РФ (полная невыплата свыше двух месяцев заработной платы, совершенная из корыстной или иной личной заинтересованности)... 

А на Новопортовском месторождении руководство ЗАО ПГ «Проминдустрия» задолжало более чем за два месяца свыше 38 млн рублей.

«Изымается имеющая значение для следствия документация коммерческих организаций, производится осмотр и оценка имущества компаний. Следователям регионального СК России предстоит уточнить сумму задолженности и количество потерпевших, а также проверить, имело ли руководство предприятий-должников реальную возможность для погашения задолженностей», — сообщили в СК РФ.

Напомним, что волна акций протеста вахтовиков прокатилась по месторождениям Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа. Люди, оставшиеся без зарплат, объявляют о забастовках и голодовках.
