3. Dass (Argentina) – We can confirm that Grupo Dass is a supply chain partner. The closure of their subordinate Coronel Suarez facility in early 2025 was a strategic decision driven by macroeconomic changes, including the lifting of import restrictions under the new government. Below are the steps that were taken to manage this case:

• A dedicated task force from our subsidiary oversaw the ramp-down and closure, to ensure it was handled respectfully and transparently.
• Dass engaged with local stakeholders during the process, and full severance packages were paid in compliance with Argentine labor law.
• adidas’ legal team in Argentina monitored the process to ensure all obligations were met.
• No grievances were reported to adidas’ Social & Environmental Affairs team regarding this closure.
