The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Sarytogan Graphite to respond to a series of questions in order to understand key policies on the respect for human and environmental rights of their operations, in light of Sarytogan's Graphite proposed project selected as a Strategic Project to the European Union, under the Critical Raw Materials Act. The company did not respond.
