The objective of this research is to improve the understanding of the coorporative structure of the companies operating the Mirador Project, of the banks that possibly providedfunds for its development, and provide information about thecopper value chain extracted from Mirador. Among other aspects,the Dossier presents the stock exchanges where the participating Chinese companies are listed, details about Chinese banks andthe loans granted, as well as data on the copper transport route,processing and smelting companies in China, and the intermediateand final products manufactured with the ore from Mirador.

The information contained in this document reflects the findings ofour research up to October 2025. It is important to note that subsequent changes may occur, such as new loans, corporate transformations, or variations in the supply chain.
