We continue to monitor the situation closely and remain deeply mindful of its impact on the affected employees. At the same time, multiple Malaysian labor authorities — including the Industrial Relations Department — as well as the Bangladesh Embassy, appear to have independently reviewed the recent actions taken by Management and have confirmed that MediCeram is operating lawfully, and within the bounds of the labor and employment frameworks to which it is accountable.

It is our sincere hope that the matter is concluded soon, and that all the employees impacted by these issues are able to secure stable, dignified employment as soon as possible. We will remain attentive to developments in the days ahead.
