Non-compliance with FPIC… of the Tumandok Indigenous People, Militarization, surveillance, harassment, and red-tagging,... Extrajudicial killings and arbitrary detention [during]… the December 30, 2020 Tumandok Massacre where nine community leaders were killed and sixteen arrested,... Environmental destruction... [and] Forced displacement… JRPM coordinator… stated: “…KEXIM and Daewoo must be held accountable. Funding must be stopped, justice must be delivered to the victims, and full accountability must be ensured...”.
