Response from Allied Universal

Allied Universal is committed to providing best-in-class security services that our clients can trust and rely upon. On a daily basis, our 265,000 security professionals serve, secure and care for the people and businesses of our communities.

... Unfortunately, there are isolated occasions in which an Allied Universal security professional fails to act in accordance with our expectations. Allied Universal takes all reports of employee misconduct very seriously. Such incidents do not reflect our company values, culture and high standards we set for our security professionals. We do not tolerate aggressive or inappropriate behaviour of any kind by our employees. We immediately investigate the cause of all incidents, work with law enforcement and prosecutors and take appropriate action to limit the possibility of similar situations occurring again. At Allied Universal, our number one goal is to ensure that we uphold high standards of security services within our communities with care and professionalism.
