Audi response

Audi currently does not supply any cars directly or knowingly indirectly to Russia.

The remaining minor spare parts supplies to Russia are subject to case-by-case sanction compliance reviews, prior to each export. Parts business currently is restricted to warranty cases or passenger safety issues as Audi is legally obliged to supply if such supplies are compliant with the current sanction situation.

Audi, in no way, accepts grey market imports of cars or Audi original parts to Russia and explicitly condemns any kind of circumvention of sanctions. All Audi importers are obliged to respect their contractual sales regions and are committed to undertake reasonable and appropriate measures to prevent reexports to Russia.

Generally, at Audi compliance with all applicable national and international export control and sanction regulations is treated as key compliance topic with high management attention. Export compliance at Audi is assured by an certified internal export compliance program.
