Macy's flagship store in Herald Square allegedly apprehended 1,600 people for shoplifting last year and 92 percent were minorities, according to an expanded lawsuit accusing Federated Department Stores Inc., owner of Macy's and other stores, of targeting minorities as potential shoplifters.
