adidas' response to allegations of abuses in Myanmar garment factories - Nov 2023 update

...all suppliers producing for adidas must be authorized for use and are subject to a rigorous onboarding process, including technical performance assessments and labor audits. No orders can be placed without such an authorization.

We have no record of this supplier ever producing for adidas. But given the alleged linkage, we have informed our Intellectual Property team about the case. They manage our counterfeit investigations.
