Complaints under the German Supply Chain Act

pixabay

The German Supply Chain Act came into force on 1 January 2023 and initially covered companies with 3,000 or more employees, and from 2024 companies with 1,000 or more employees. Those affected can submit complaints to the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA) using an online form. These complaints must then be examined by BAFA and, where necessary, used to initiate further measures. The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre collects publicly submitted complaints here.
