CHR Statement from Commissioner Gwendolyn Ll. Pimentel-Gana, on Access to Justice for Filipino Migrants

查看所有標籤
The CHR is one with the migrants’ rights movement in advancing an urgent justice mechanism for repatriated migrant workers, and OFWs and their families in distress.

As the independent national human rights institution (NHRI) of the Philippines, the CHR will continue to engage with government and civil society to find just and sustainable solutions and access to justice and redress for labor rights and human rights issues and violations experienced by migrants and members of their families, particularly at this time of the pandemic.
