Earthjustice Lawsuit Demands EPA Compliance with Congressional Mandate [USA]

Challenging the Environmental Protection Agency’s own failure to comply with the Clean Air Act, Earthjustice today filed the sixth of seven lawsuits against EPA on behalf of Sierra Club.
