EU: CORE and Human Rights at Work publish Forced Labour Regulation Q&A document drawing on expert webinar

'EU Forced Labour Regulation: 50 Questions and their Answers'

The EU Forced Labour Regulation (EUFLR) prohibits placing or making available products made with forced labor on the EU market, as well as their export from the EU. Although the Regulation will apply from December 2027, preparations are already underway. Companies across industries are taking steps to assess their exposure and strengthen their approaches to addressing forced labor risks.

On June 2, CORE – The Human Side of Business and Human Rights at Work have hosted a webinar together with the European Commission on the implementation of the EU Forced Labour Regulation (EUFLR).

This document was developed following the webinar to answers the key questions raised by company and civil society representatives. It provides practical guidance for companies preparing for the EUFLR.

The latest version of the Q&A document is available for download above ("Download attachment").
