In recent years, international awareness of the need for respect for human rights by businesses has increased. The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights ("UNGPs") have been adopted and are used as guidelines for respecting, protecting and promoting human rights in corporate activities.

For Sharoushi, who " shall contribute to the smooth implementation of labor and social security related laws as well as to the welfare of employees and the sound growth of industries" (Article 1 of the Act Concerning Labor and Social Security Attorneys), it is increasingly important to have insights and knowledge concerning respect for human rights. We believe it will be one of the most important activities for Sharoshi to understand UNGPs and respect human rights in a correct way, reflect them as a basic premise to individual works, and disseminate them to Japanese SMEs, in order to contribute to Japan's development strategy and sustainable society. As the first step, we established the Federation's human rights policy. With the aim of realising a society that respects human rights, we will develop various projects with the goal of realising a 'society that values people' by creating 'companies that value people', and ultimately achieving a sustainable and prosperous society through measures such as providing support to Sharoshi on UNGPs.
