UK: Law Commission publishes concrete proposals on the reform of corporate criminal liability

On 10 June 2022, the Law Commission published its Corporate Criminal Liability Options paper to help the UK Government wrestle with the question of how to ensure corporations can be effectively held accountable for criminal acts. These are not recommendations but rather options for reform, as requested by the UK Government. It is now up to the Government to decide what to do.
