On learning of these accusations regarding a specific factory in Myanmar, we acted swiftly and contacted our supplier immediately, as this is not a factory registered to New Look. Following thorough investigation, we have found no evidence of any New Look product ever having been present at this factory – corroborated by management and workers at the site. While we do not recognise the allegations raised in the article (in terms of issues raised or New Look’s connection to the factory) we remain focused on facilitating and support safe working conditions across our supply chain...
