On learning of these accusations regarding a specific factory in Myanmar, we acted swiftly and contacted our supplier immediately, as this is not a factory registered to New Look. Following thorough investigation, we have found no evidence of any New Look product ever having been present at this factory – corroborated by management and workers at the site.
