On March 13, 2024, the European Union Council approved the final text of the EU Forced Labor Regulation. The Regulation bans products made with forced labor from entering, being distributed on, or being exported from the EU market and will go into force for companies in 2027/2028. This webinar will look at what companies can expect, how it compares with U.S. legislation, how it will interact with the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, and how companies can prepare.
