Webinar: Worker engagement in human rights due diligence

See all tags

FLEX

Following a two-year pilot project, FLEX is holding a webinar on lessons learned from engaging workers in the design and implementation of a human rights due diligence framework for service sector supply chains.

The pilot project focused on the procurement of outsourced cleaning services but provides valuable insights for a variety of high-risk sectors in the UK.

The webinar will explore the findings from the partnership project with the Latin American Women's Rights Service, drawing out the importance of assessing working conditions in service supply chains ‘with’ rather than ‘on’ or ‘for’ workers.

The webinar is free to attend and open to all. It will take place online via Zoom on Monday 29 April 2024 and will run from 11.00am - 12noon UK.

Speakers will include representatives from Focus on Labour Exploitation (FLEX) and the Latin American Women's Rights Service (LAWRS).
