CRM Data System Development Officer at Business in the Community
We have an exciting opportunity for a computer science, data management, information systems or software engineering graduate (or equivalent experience) to help develop a new CRM data management system.
The Youth Career Initiative (YCI) is a 24-week education programme, developed and delivered as a unique partnership involving major hotel chains. It is aimed at disadvantaged young people with limited or no opportunities of finding employment or continuing in further education after high school.
We are seeking a self-motivated, creative and analytical, part-time CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Data System Development Officer to develop a CRM system to capture and track essential information about The Youth Career Initiative programme’s beneficiaries.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Analysing data needs, identify data entry points, data quality requirements and data ownership
- Validating levels of user access (Administrators, YCI global team, local non-profit coordinating partners, local hotel partners, etc.) for the CRM database
- Designing interface layouts to collect and present information for different users
- Designing dashboards and reporting templates (including key performance indicators - KPIs) for different audiences, and identify metrics that will feed into SalesForce dashboard and YCI website
You will be a graduate or have equivalent experience in a related field such as computer science, data management or software engineering. You will have excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
You will have experience in development and maintenance of data management systems; Involvement in project management from concept through to delivery and completion of outcomes and experience of quantitative research using database information.
Contract: part-time (3 days per week), fixed term contract for 6 months
