日本:許すまじ!セクハラ、マタハラ 相談1万件も「氷山の一角」 被害解明へ厚労省、初の本格調査

厚生労働省は15日、職場でのセクハラや、妊娠・出産を理由に不当な扱いを受ける「マタニティーハラスメント(マタハラ)」について、初の本格調査に乗り出すことを決めた。特に派遣やパートなど立場が弱い非正規雇用の女性の被害が深刻になっているとみて、詳しい実態をつかみ、防止策づくりに役立てる。

 各地の労働局に平成25年度に寄せられた相談は、セクハラ関連が6183件、マタハラ関連が3371件。泣き寝入りしている人も多いとみられ、厚労省は「氷山の一角ではないか」とみて、被害を調べる必要があると判断した。

 調査は来年にも実施予定。働いた経験がある人も含め、対象を無作為に抽出する。被害の具体的内容に加え、(1)雇用形態や加害者の立場(2)勤務先に申告したかどうか(3)勤務先の対応-などを聞く方針。

 非正規雇用については、解雇や雇い止めなど不当な扱いを受けていないかも確認し、改善策を探る。
