10th session of the UN Intergovernmental Working Group elaborating a legally binding instrument on business & human rights

The 10th session of the UN open-ended intergovernmental working group on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights (IGWG) to discuss the binding treaty is set to take place on 21-25 October 2024 at the UN in Geneva.

On 28 March 2024, the Chair-Rapporteur shared a proposed draft roadmap towards the 10th session, as well as an invitation to a consultation to receive comments and suggestions on the draft.

The consultation is took place on 12 April 2024 in person.
