Andy Hall is a migrant workers' rights advocate, and serves as Global Affairs Advisor to the Migrant Worker Rights Network, a Myanmar migrant worker membership based organization with over 2,500 members, based in Mahachai, Samut Sakorn, Thailand and Yangon, Myanmar. After publishing a report with Finnwatch that revealed abuses by the Thai company Natural Fruit, the company laid criminal charges against the human rights defender. On Jan 13 Thai court confiscated passport and imposes travel ban on human rights defender Andy Hall.
