The [BBC Trust's editorial standards committee] said evidence showed "it was more likely than not that the footage was not genuine"...In its ruling the trust...ordered the BBC to apologise on air before last week's Panorama episode...The BBC said on Monday that it had "apologised for including a short section of film which could not be authenticated in the programme"...Primark said that millions of viewers had been "deceived" by Panorama.
