BP Exploration (Caspian Sea) does not recognize the country's laws?!

...38 employees of BP Exploration (Caspian Sea) appealed to Oil-Workers’ Rights Protection Organization Public Union. According to our organization investigating the oil-workers’ complaints Article 45.4 of Labor Code of Azerbaijan Republic (The term of the labor contract) and Article 16 (Non-discrimination in employment), and Convention No.111 (Convention on discrimination in labor and employment) of International Labor Organization were violated by the company...There was discrimination on salaries paid to the employees who appealed (800 AZN) compared to other local and foreign employees.
