Cellebrite response

The unfounded allegations published in Israeli news outlets are completely false, and we are taking appropriate action to correct the record. Cellebrite has adopted strict policies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licenses issued for our products and services. Cellebrite has no knowledge of the use of its products in Russia, and if to the extent such usage occurs, it is done by outlaw users without license or permission from Cellebrite and in clear violation of our user agreements and applicable laws. On March 18, 2021, we announced that we do not operate in Russia and do not sell our products or services to the Russian Investigative Committee or any other entity in Russia. At that time, we immediately shut down and blacklisted all licenses to any product(s) that had been previously provided to Russian entities, and no services or maintenance have been provided for these product(s) in Russia since that date. We took this action – which goes beyond what is mandated by law and regulators – based on our principles of ethics and social responsibility, which guide us and are at the basis of our activities.
