Following our statement with regard to your request:

Lidl Italy does not use the system of double-auctions described in the report of Terra! in any of its negotiations with suppliers. Furthermore, no critical cases have ever been reported to the company on this matter.

Lidl‘s expectations on social and environmental issues are laid down in its Suppliers Code of Conduct based on the International Labour Standards of ILO. The Code of Conduct is part of the contract and by signing it, all Lidl business partners contractually commit to comply with it.
