Regarding the accusations made by Survival NGO please find attached a letter signed by Mr. Sabino Ëpë, Chief of the Matsés Native Community, addressed to the Director of Survival International, requesting them to stop the campaign against Pacific Rubiales, since the company has not ever entered Matsés territory and is not performing exploration activities whatsoever in their area, therefore, the information they are revealing is not accurate. We also want to inform that Block 135, awarded to Pacific by the Peruvian State in November 2007, has no presence of Matsés population…
