For [name of public contracting authority] it is of vital importance that the products we procure are manufactured under legal and fair working conditions. This means that the products purchased through this contract should be manufactured under legal and fair working conditions in line with the ILO core conventions and the national law of the production country (see SRPP Contract Performance Clauses). The self-assessment questionnaire is part of the verification process of the special contract clauses of this contract If the supplier fails to provide the necessary information in this self-assessment questionnaire, a corrective action plan will be sent out. The corrective action plan should be completed within the time frame set up by the public contracting authority. In case the corrective action plan is not met within the requested time frame, the public contracting authority will have the right to pose daily fines on the supplier. After [x] days of daily fines, the public contracting authority will have the right to cancel the contract.
