Intergovernmental Working Group releases new draft of proposed binding treaty on business and human rights

On 7 August 2020, the Intergovernmental Working Group (IGWG) released the Second Revised Draft of the proposed binding treaty on business and human rights.

This draft comes after the Zero Draft published in 2018 and the Revised Draft published in 2019.
