International Union of Food Workers response to Mondelez response

See all tags
Once again the IUF is compelled – hopefully for the last time – to reply to Mondelez through the Resource Center. The IUF and its members around the world are campaigning publicly for Mondelez to recognize and to rectify allegations of human rights violations by management in two countries in which it operates, Egypt and Tunisia. We are campaigning because the company consistently fails to respond to communications from the IUF and its affiliates urging Mondelez to enter into direct discussions with the IUF in order to resolve the conflicts. [we invited Mondelez to respond to this and it referred to its previous statements on this matter]
