The chief specialist of the environmental department for the Aktobe region, Abduali Makambetov, says that such volumes of pollution are associated with outdated treatment systems at the plant...

The chief ecologist of TNC Kazchrome JSC, Svetlana Mashchenko, said that the enterprise will soon reduce emissions by 30% through the introduction of “green” technologies in the workshops...

Chairman of the Association of Practicing Ecologists, environmental expert Laura Malikova noted that this year, according to the new environmental code, enterprises must install automatic emission monitoring systems...
