Lesotho: Medical cannabis producer in court on allegations of unfair dismissal, incl. company response

Workers who were dismissed on 17 September 2019 by medical cannabis producer, MG Health after embarking on what the company said was an illegal strike to protest the company’s failure to address their demands for better working conditions have applied to court for a default judgement after the company allegedly failed to file an answering affidavit in the court action.
