Mexico: IndustriALL calls on Bata to drop subsidiary's criminal charges against workers protesting closure of shoe factory – Sandak responded

Calzado Sandak, subsidiary of Bata, closed a footwear factory in Tlaxcala, Mexico, four years ago after a labour dispute. According to IndustriALL criminal charges were presented by Sandak against some workers for protesting in the factory.
